Effective Date of Terms of Service: January 2nd, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UDomes.com and any of its subdomains (collectively the "Sites"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any terms, please refrain from using the Sites.
2. Changes to Terms
RML-UDomes reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. We encourage users to review these Terms periodically.
3. Business Model
RML-UDomes offers memberships that qualify users to purchase insulated fibreglass domes at reduced cost: 5/10 for registered Consumers, 10/365 for registered Referral Partners, and 20/30 for registered Co-Promoters.
4. Memberships
Membership fees are set to $450 for registration, annually, and $50 for maintenance, monthly. The total is, therefore, $1,000 annually, taxes in. Membership establishes relative seniority, which establishes positioning in manufacturing and delivery queues, respectively. Membership provides a competitive advantage when promoting UDomes™ as part of a side-line business by always skipping ahead in lines.

- Consumers: the 5/10 discount saves $3,000 per purchase, if paying in full, or the Lease-To-Own (LTO) portion of a purchase, within 10 days of placing the order;
- Referrals Partners: the 10/365 referral fee pays $6,000 per unit, if funds clear on referred projects within 12 months of submission; and
- Co-Promoters: the 20/30 purchase margin saves $12,000 per unit at time of ordering, if one of the units is designated as a show-dome, and if the order is paid in full within 30 days.
5. Membership Terms
- You must be of legal age to become a member;
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when proposing your project(s);
- You register before submitting projects (how else would we allocate them to you?).
You agree not to use the Sites for unlawful or prohibited activities, including, but not limited to:
- Violating intellectual property rights;
- Distributing malware and/or harmful software;
- Engaging in any activities that disrupt or harm the Sites, their products or processes.
6. Intellectual Property
- Content on the Sites, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of RML-UDomes, or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws;
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content on the Site without permission.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Sites is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at [ https://www.udomes.com/pp/ ]. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience: we do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of third-party websites.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. RML-Udomes does not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or available at all times;
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, RML-Udomes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or business interruptions.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all rights and obligations under these Terms will cease, except for those provisions that by their nature survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia, Canada.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Udomes.com and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Udomes.com regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.

• FREE: you submit projects for a $1,000 flat fee reward upon them actually materializing within 12 months of submission;
• REGISTERED REFERRAL PARTNER: you subscribe for $320 per year and $40 monthly. This gives you your own virtual market and increases your reward for referrals that materialize within 12 months of submission to 10% of actual pricing (about five times the flat fee reward);
• REGISTERED CO-PROMOTER: you subscribe for $320 per year and $40 monthly. This enables you to purchase new show domes for 25% off of MSRP and converts your reward to purchase margins of 25% of actual pricing - you never even pay that amount. In addition, Registered Co-Promoters qualify for SPLITS (Simple Projects Lead & Input Tracking System), which pays reciprocal percentage rewards bottom up and top down within the UDomes.com administrative platform.
