1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UDomes.com and its subdomains (collectively the "Sites"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any terms, please refrain from using the Sites.
2. Changes to Terms
Sites reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms of Service periodically.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be of legal age to use the Sites;
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or using the Sites;
- You affirm you will maintain the confidentiality of your account and/or password(s); and
- You agree not to use the Sites for unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Violating intellectual property rights;
- Distributing malware or harmful software;
- Engaging in any activities that disrupt or harm the Sites, its products or services.
4. Account Creation
The Sites require user registration. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account.
5. Account Registration
There are two levels of commitment:
- As REFERRAL PARTNER you register your own virtual market for $320 per year and $40 monthly to qualify for rewards on referrals that materialize within 12 months of submission: (up to) 10% of actual pricing;
- As CO-PROMOTER you register for $320 per year and $40 monthly to purchase new units for 25% off of MSRP. Co-Promoters also qualify for SPLITS (Simple Projects Lead & Input Tracking System), which sets up reciprocal percentage rewards top down and bottom up.
6. Intellectual Property
- Content on the Sites, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of UDomes.com, or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws;
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content on the Site without permission.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Sites is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at [ udomes.com/pp/ ]. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience: we do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of third-party websites.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Udomes.com does not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or available at all times;
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Udomes.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or business interruptions.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all rights and obligations under these Terms will cease, except for those provisions that by their nature survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia, Canada.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Udomes.com and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Udomes.com regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.

• FREE: you submit projects for a $1,000 flat fee reward upon them actually materializing within 12 months of submission;
• REGISTERED REFERRAL PARTNER: you subscribe for $320 per year and $40 monthly. This gives you your own virtual market and increases your reward for referrals that materialize within 12 months of submission to 10% of actual pricing (about five times the flat fee reward);
• REGISTERED CO-PROMOTER: you subscribe for $320 per year and $40 monthly. This enables you to purchase new show domes for 25% off of MSRP and converts your reward to purchase margins of 25% of actual pricing - you never even pay that amount. In addition, Registered Co-Promoters qualify for SPLITS (Simple Projects Lead & Input Tracking System), which pays reciprocal percentage rewards bottom up and top down within the UDomes.com administrative platform.
